Terms and Conditions
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the sale of products by Lütteblüten (hereinafter referred to as Provider) to you, in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) Deviating GTC of the customer are rejected.
(3) Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Lütteblüten. By placing an order with Lütteblüten, you agree to the application of these terms of sale to your order.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) Contracts on this portal can only be concluded in German.
(2) The offers are exclusively addressed to end customers with a billing and delivery address in: worldwide.
(3) The customer must be at least 18 years old.
(4) The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. Through the presentation of the goods, the customer is merely invited to make an offer.
(5) Your order constitutes an offer to Lütteblüten to conclude a purchase contract. The customer makes a binding offer when he has completed the online ordering process by entering the required information and clicks the "buy" button in the last ordering step.
(6) The purchase contract between the provider and the customer is only concluded by an acceptance declaration by the provider. This takes place at the earlier of the two dates, either dispatch of the goods or dispatch of a shipping confirmation by email.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) Our prices include the applicable statutory VAT and do not include flat-rate shipping costs or shipping surcharges. Shipping surcharges vary depending on the type of delivery and article characteristics.
(2) Despite our best efforts, a small number of products in our catalog may be priced incorrectly. We check prices when processing your order and before charging payment.
(3) The prices at the time of the order apply.
§ 4 Delivery and Cancellation
(1) Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. We point out that all information on availability, shipping or delivery of a product are only expected information and approximate guidelines.
(2) If Lütteblüten determines during the processing of your order that products ordered by you are not available, you will be informed separately by email.
(3) Regardless of your right of withdrawal, you can cancel your order for a product free of charge at any time before the corresponding shipping confirmation is sent.
§ 5 Customs
(1) If you order products from Lütteblüten for delivery outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied as soon as the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional customs clearance charges must be borne by you.
§ 6 Payment
(1) The customer can pay for the goods using the following payment methods:

- Instant bank transfer
- Prepayment
(2) Certain payment methods may be excluded by the provider in individual cases.
(3) The customer is not permitted to pay for the goods by sending cash or checks.
§ 7 Set-off and Right of Retention
(1) The customer is only entitled to set-off if the counterclaim has been legally established or is not disputed by the provider.
(2) The customer can only exercise a right of retention insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
§ 8 Retention of Title
Lütteblüten retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made.
§ 9 Transport Damage
(1) If the customer receives the goods with obvious transport damage, the provider asks them to complain about this as soon as possible.
(2) If the customer fails to make a complaint, this has no consequences for his statutory warranty rights.
§ 10 Defect Rights
(1) If the customer is a consumer, the warranty and liability for defects of the delivered item is governed by statutory provisions: Accordingly, customers in the European Union have warranty rights for a period of two years from delivery of the goods and can request repair or replacement of the purchased products if they prove to be defective.
(2) In the case of used goods, the warranty period may be shorter than two years.
§ 11 Limitation of Liability
(1) The provider is liable for damages claims by the customer arising from injury to life, body, health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations.
(2) The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
§ 12 Cancellation Policy
(1) If the customer is a consumer, he has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
§ 13 Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
§ 14 Data Protection
(1) Should personal data be collected, we undertake to obtain your prior consent. We undertake not to pass on any data to third parties unless you have previously consented.
(2) You have the right at any time to receive complete and free information from Lütteblüten about the data stored about you.
(3) Furthermore, the user has a right to correction/deletion of data/restriction of processing.
§ 15 Cookies

§ 16 Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively for disputes arising from this contract, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) The sole place of jurisdiction for orders from merchants, legal entities under public law or special assets under public law is the registered office of the provider.
§ 17 Final Provisions
(1) The contract language is German.
(2) We do not offer products or services for purchase by minors. If you are under 18, you may only use Lütteblüten with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
(3) We reserve the right to make changes to our website, regulations and terms including these GTC at any time.
(4) The invalidity of a provision does not affect the validity of the other provisions of the contract.
